Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
How to Start a Return
Email us at Aliraza1233121@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm your return and share the next steps within 1-2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective: personalized or custom-made products, items marked as final sale, and products that show signs of use.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery at Aliraza1233121@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges you paid.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, alihub.pk covers the return shipping cost.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy above applies.
